KP Starts Digital Motor Vehicle Registration and Universal Number Plate System: The KPITB and KP Excise Department have introduces the Digital Motor Vehicle Registration and Universal Number Plate System under Vision 2030, leading by Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur. This initiative, developed within two months, fully digitizes the vehicle registration process, making services more accessible for citizens. Initially available for walk-ins, the system will allow online applications, ownership transfers, and fee payments via the Dastak app starting October 1st.
Key features adds obtaining a unique registration number, applying for universal number plates, viewing token tax details, and seamless online payments through Paymir. The system also integrates NADRA verification for accuracy, stop duplicate registrations, and supports vehicle transfers and amendments. A linkup database for old and new vehicles ensures transparency.
This digital platform revolutionizes motor vehicle services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, providing efficiency, convenience, and transparency to citizens by bringing all services to their fingertips.
